DOSAGE

Adults………………............ 5 ml (1 tsp) 1 to 2 times / day
Children 10 to 18 years… 5 ml (1 teaspoon) 1 time / day
Children 5 to 9 years…….. 2.5 ml (1/2 tsp) 1 time / day
Children 2 to 4 years ……. 1.25 ml (1/4 tsp) 1 time / day

DIRECTIONS

Ideally, consume on an empty stomach in the morning or before lunch.
Consume within 30 days of opening.
Using during periods conducive to colds and flu. Use the provided goblet for ease of use.
