The free shipping threshold is calculated on the pre-tax amount, after applying all discounts and promotional codes. Free shipping is valid only for orders delivered to a single address within Canada.

Our shipping fees cover the costs incurred to process, package, and ship your order with care. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Processing and Delivery Times
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are generally processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery is estimated at 5 to 7 business days depending on your region, and often much faster!
Factors That May Cause a Delay
Although we do everything we can to ship quickly, certain circumstances may cause additional delays:
- Problem with the payment method or credit card.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
- Exceptional weather conditions affecting carriers.
- Item temporarily out of stock: in this case, we will contact you by email.
Delivery Restrictions
To ensure the quality and traceability of every order, the following restrictions apply:
- Delivery within Canada only; we do not offer international shipping at this time.
- We do not ship to post office boxes (PO boxes).
- No expedited shipping option is available at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
- We are unable to change a shipping address once the order has been submitted. Please review your information carefully before confirming your purchase.
