Articles damaged during transport.
Fruitomed is very attentive and ensures that articles are shipped in good condition, safe and that they are wrapped adequately to avoid any damage during transport. If you receive a damaged item, please send us an email or call us at 1-418-332-6131 Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. to inform us of your problem. It will be our pleasure to correct the situation quickly.

Merchandise return ‘’ after reception’’
As it is health products certified by Health Canada, merchandise returns are not allowed after the reception of your order.

Cancelling an Order ‘’ in progress’’
To cancel a pending order, please send us an email or call customer service at 1-418-332-6131. If your order has already been sent, you will have to wait until you receive it and then call us and ask for a return authorization number. You will then be able to send back the product with the return voucher and we will be able to reimburse you..
On « very rarely » occasions, a parcel may be lost during transport. If this occurs, please send us an email or call us at 1-418-332-6131 Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. When a parcel gets lost, please be assured that we will follow up with the transport company. You can also see your order status via your online account or by clicking on the link in your order confirmation email. Canada Post has a 10 business day window from the claim date to respond whether the parcel was found or if it is really lost. After the 10th day, if the parcel is lost we will resend your products in a second shipping or we will reimburse you if that is your choice. You will be informed throughout the process.
